In the workout "lower abs" there is an exercide called "iron cross" but there is no description what so ever what to do?!?! Anyone knows what you're supposed to do?
Try laying on your back with arms and legs spread out as if you were doing angels in snow , as wide and long as possible, now bring arms and legs together in a V-situp position and return back to where you started. Hope that helps.
Another interpretation, get on some rings in gymnastic class , elevate to when you are in a dip position, arms locked vertically, legs hanging below and now lower body until arms are perpendicular to body and hold it as long as possible.
If you don,t want to do it on gymnastic rings, try a /TRX suspended from ceiling and do it until arms are 90 deg to body and your chest is 12 in from floor.
