If you do a workout in the morning , you can kickstart your metabolism for your workday. At night , gives you more time for a more intense workout. Maybe leave the morning workouts for the weekend and 2 or 3 nights for a afterwork workout. Depends on what you are training for . try doing twice a day workouts for 1 day to really burn off those calories. GL
