Hi guys! I recently started Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred, and by recently, I mean I'm on day 3! I was wondering if anyone else is doing/did the workout before? Do you know how many calories that workout helps you lose? I'm thinking about pairing it with another exercise, maybe her 6-pack abs in 30 days routine ? Do you guys have any opinions on that idea?
