I developed a weight workout its based on split routines ( 1 body part a day) w/ supersetting the previous day's body part. I call it my Infinity X program, I'm in the middle of the Y program for cardio.
I try to do something similar. I do a splits but try to superset each exercise with an ab, core, or some other type of exercise, i.e. body squats, kettle bell swings jumping jacks, push ups, body weight lunges, bridges, etc.
Your idea sounds hardcore
