Hi guys! Yesterday was the start of the 5wk Health Difference. Every morning I will be doing [prayer] 200 sit ups: before every meal I will eat 1/2 of an grape fruit: when eating boiled eggs only the white: daily I will drink 2 cups of red wine: SUBSTITUTION almonds> crackers| fruit> sweets| water> drinks. I ordered ORGANIC women vitamins as well. At least 30-45mins of cardio daily.
