New Balance shoes are crap. I've always been a Nike girl. I decided to buy some Reebok Real Flex shoes and I love them. Go with Nike or Reebok.

Nike because nike are a very good brand of shoe plus for working out they have shoes that help work your muscles but the support on some nikes are shit

I'd go to the store if I were you, to try them on. Basically something that's different for everybody...

I personally use Nike...

Different shoes for different types of workouts and different foot types.
Example...I have flat feet and need a wide shoe.  I walk and do
Classes. So, I need a cross trainer with room and arch and heel support.  Go to a store where someone can reccomend for you
