Ectomorph here looking for a good compound exercise routine
Hey guys, like the title states, im looking for a nice compound dumbbell exercise routine. I workout at home and I have all the weights I need to progress. Im not using a bench either. I usually do isolation days for arms/ chest, then back/ shoulders and legs on the weekends. Im at 226 pounds right now, and Im 6"4 if that helps at all.
Now how do I find your plans? Lol
