Anyone that can offer a workout for me? Need to lose 10-14 kg in 30 days. Im 74 kg Male and 15yrs old and 168 cm.

Go running a mile everyday or do many sit ups :-D:-D:-D:-D:-D

10KG in one month is impossible. And losing wait is not about the workouts but your diet! Focus on what you are eating first. Cardio comes second...

Im eating oatmeal for bfast and a cup of rice and viand for lunch and i eat another cup of rice and viand before 6. :)

Sounds pretty clean. A good goal would be to loose arround 2,5 of fat a month. Try not to much muscle mass, so combine it with good workouts. In the beginning it will go alot faster since you will loose alot of water first!
