Squats are a staple lower-body exercise that strengthen your thighs as well as your glutes,Crunches and leg lifts target your lower ab muscles. To perform crunches, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet in the air. Place your hands behind your head and use your ab muscles to lift yourself up toward the ceiling.

FUN?!!
Dancing, skating, capoeira, tai chi, kung fu, rope jump...these r my best fun workouts that always work my thighs & like 2 do often... hope u find what works 4 u most
