I have a question about the lost it and tone it program. It says you can make it work with your schedule. Does that mean I can workout on any day, or should I follow the schedule in terms of back-to-back workout days and rest days?

I hope my question makes sense.

That is the one im doing currently. Ive been following the schedule it suggests and if i need to switch a rest and workout day
