Just do sit ups every morning before really getting up from bed..for begginer jst do 20 counts will do..then slowly add 5 counts..
Note.. Dnt really need/force to reach ur knees. ;)

Focus on full body workouts. The hardest part of getting the dream abs is loosing the excess around the middle. So along with exercise, you must watch what you eat. Dont diet as that is a destination. The problem with diets is the mindset that it's only a destination, and once people reach a destination they continue with poor habits.
