How do u get rid of the fat on your lower sides. Trying to get a V shsoe body

Cardio cardio cardio, try some side planks and russian twists too but to burn fat cardio will be your best bet xx

Oblique crunches and side planks are great. But you have to workout your entire back as well. Workout your entire core to burn off the necessary fat around your waist while building muscle. Try the locust pose and hip ups are good too, check em out at ab-workouts-guide.com under core exercises and planks. Also don't forget to workout your upper back. Pull ups help broaden your back which will help give you that V-shape you want. Good luck and God Bless.
