What is your workout?
I want to lose weight and be in better shape for summer. Target areas are flat stomach and smaller thighs as well as losing some weight. Can you help me out with the best exercisea to achieve my goal? Thanks for your help :)
Thanks Sarah. Ive been going tp the gym since the first of the year and im determined to stick with it and get in good shape. I need to get leaner and try to lose some weight. :) thanks
