I want to lose weight and be in better shape for summer. Target areas are flat stomach and smaller thighs as well as losing some weight. Can you help me out with the best exercisea to achieve my goal? Thanks for your help :)

Hi!

Focus on your nutrition and exercise habits. Mix up your workout routines each week, so don't only train on the treadmill. Your body adapts to the demands you place on it. Try circuit training workouts a couple days a week and then incorporate some fun cardio workouts on here, like kickboxing. Losing the stubborn belly fat requires attention in all areas. Doing only crunches won't help you lose body fat in that area. 70% is what you eat and 30% is exercise. Most importantly, remember to have fun! You never want to feel like working out is boring or a chore.

Thanks Sarah. Ive been going tp the gym since the first of the year and im determined to stick with it and get in good shape. I need to get leaner and try to lose some weight. :) thanks
