What's YOUR 30 Day Challenge?

My goal for the next 30 days is to complete any Workout Trainer routine everyday for the next 30 days. Doesn't matter if the workout is 10 minutes or 45 minutes. It takes 30 days to create a habit. The goal is to just do it!

I am so excited to see some people support my 30 day challenge!!! Accountability is one of the most important components to conquering personal goals. I have fallen in love with this app. Hope to continue learning and meet new people who have the same aspirations that I do with health, fitness, and nutrition.
