What exercise do you do, when you're too sore to do regular workout?

Today I was actually too sore to do my workouts. So I usual go running. But if your legs are sore you can do an upper body workout. Or focus on core strength for that day. hope this helps :-)

Well I usually do 1 or two body parts a day, once a week, so I'm never too sore but when I do full body w/o's I could be sore for days. I agree Cardio or I usually play basketball at the gym to get my cardio in
