What exercise do you do, when you're too sore to do regular workout?

For the days when you're sore or short on time, try the workout "Full Body Leanup." It's only 4 min long and fairly low impact. I enjoy it quite a bit. :)

Well I usually do 1 or two body parts a day, once a week, so I'm never too sore but when I do full body w/o's I could be sore for days. I agree Cardio or I usually play basketball at the gym to get my cardio in

I do yoga and stretching.

You hit it on the spot ariana, yoga and stretching is the best exercises you can do when your really sore they help release the stress from your muscle and also speeds up the recovery process, yoga and stretching is a very important to do so remember when you feel down and out or really sore try doing so yoga and stretching. :-)

Today I was actually too sore to do my workouts. So I usual go running. But if your legs are sore you can do an upper body workout. Or focus on core strength for that day. 😄hope this helps :-)
