Suggest a Workout Plan

I like going to the gym 5-6 days a week and I need some work out program suggestions.

I start every workout with 20-30min Cardio- my pace varies on my workout that day. I like doing circuit style training.

I need suggestions for full workouts that I can do after cardio so,
-Leg and Butt
-Arms, Shoulder and Back (this can be broken up)
-Abs and Core
-Yoga or Stretching
I plan on rotating the workouts throughout the week.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think i can come up with leg n butt circuit.

You need 2 sets of dumbells for this probably. Or 1 barbel with squatrack and a set of dumbels. And if possible something of decent hight to jump on or over.

30 secs of jump squats
- On or over the object. Go in deep squat and explode out.
30 seconds deep squats
- Best is the barbel+squatrack but it can be done with dumbels. Go deep and explode up. Go some heavier here.
30 seconds (walking) lunges
-Grab a set of dumbels and work that but.
30 seconds of side lunges
- work it hard ;)

Rest time and repeat!
