I think i can come up with leg n butt circuit.
You need 2 sets of dumbells for this probably. Or 1 barbel with squatrack and a set of dumbels. And if possible something of decent hight to jump on or over.
30 secs of jump squats
- On or over the object. Go in deep squat and explode out.
30 seconds deep squats
- Best is the barbel+squatrack but it can be done with dumbels. Go deep and explode up. Go some heavier here.
30 seconds (walking) lunges
-Grab a set of dumbels and work that but.
30 seconds of side lunges
- work it hard ;)
Rest time and repeat!
