I've done it and I think its awesome. Its pretty tough so if your planning on doing it you better get prepared. Because it gives no mercy lol. And the good part of those exercises is that all you need is bands. Wish you luck.

Thanks! Im not ready to spend money on it yet but maybe eventually. And i like that u dont need a lot equipment! Definite plus for me!
