When is the best time in the day to do a workout

Really, it is up to you when if you do your workout.you choooooose!
i do it in the evening. Because when you eat in the day. You take in a lot of cals. So a hour after dinner. You do a workout then.
This is what i do. But take my advise.

The quickest way to bur more calories to lose weight is first thing in the morning before you eat. Just be sure you drink 8 ounces of water when you wake up to get your metabolism going and keep yourself hydrated as you work out. You need to drink as much water as you sweat, do keep your bottle of water handy! It also helps a lot to drink 6-8 8 ounce glasses of water a day; does the body wonders!

Prom is just around the corner I'm 120 and like 5foot nothing I just want to loose a few and tone any suggestions ps I fricken hate workin out so something fun lol I'd honestly much rather play sports

In the morning. Because you raising your metabolism throughout the day and if you lifting heavy. You still working your body throughout the day so not only will you burn more calories but also more muscle.
