Need a tip

So my diet consists of veggies fruits chicken fish and eggs. With the occasional treat rarely tho. But the past two days ive been stressed and kind of just been eating straight sugary carbs. I can totally feel the difference i feel weighed down. Obv getting right back on track now but can anyone name a good intense workout on here i should do tonight? I usually run everyday and strength train 5 days a week. So im capable of high intensity

Thx! Im trying to be brave enough to do handstand push ups. I know im strong enough..and ya i only have 10 lb dumbbells and a treadmill
