Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Gym (1 Hour)
3.Eating Healthy Food
4.Rest (Sleep) Repeat whole 1 to 4 Daily...Take Care :)

todays workout stats.
15 mins exercise bike: 130 Cals.
40 mins cross trainer: 347 Cals, av heartrate 152.
30 mins upper body stamina training (dunno the cal burn but its well over the missing 50 cals).
30 mins cross trainer: 345 Cals, av heartrate 169.
15 mins exercise bike cooldown: 130 cals.
No running today. Sunday.

Total time: 2 hrs 10 mins.
Total Cal burn (not including weights): 952 Cals.
