What is the after burn effect?

This tip i got of sixpackshort.com, which im goin to tell now.

The after burn affect is a 48h period after you do a workout. did you know that you burn more cals after you do a workout, in that 48h period.
FACT...
if you workout on a tredmill or any workout stuff like that, or do puch ups or chruches every day... You dont burn as much fat as a cardio workout then any of those stuff.
When you do the workout... You dont do any other workout after for 48h, and then you do a workout. So prity much you only have to 3 to 4 intence workouts a week.
