Good workout fo a 41 year old

Im 41 and looking to tone and bulk up... any tip on a good workout

I'm 41 . For what you are looking for I would start with a cardio program...start with 8-10 min. Increase with time each day before you focus on one body part a day .Mon- chess tues- back wed - legs thurs - arms Fri shoulder...if up to it cardio on sat...back at it on Monday..if you go hard results in ten day.....p.s. At our age the way we eat is important.
