I need some help in my belly section. I want to get rid of it but what can I do. Any comments or suggestions
Well I have been working out with the insanity videos. My belly has gotten a bit small but I want it to go faster. I watch what I eat and I cut down on fast food and junk. I eat less carbohydrates. I snack on healthy food that gives me protein. What are some exercise that I can do
Learn food what's good and bad. I stopped eating late, did a food journal and staryed run/walking. Good luck God bless
