I'm doing my abs mix (9:00min INTENSE workout/WONDERFUL burn) TWICE a day for ALL OF MAY.. Feel free to join me! Rest the last few seconds b4 the next set of needed BUT push it!! You will feel amazing!! Don't forget ur pre-workout meal or snacks!! Good luck everyone!! Happy workouts!!
