Well diet first of all stay away from breads fatty foods I'm on a green diet now doing detox for my body and a gallon a water a day. I went on to youtube and found many work outs for abs and on this ap too does help I just do many different types of sets to reach 45 mins and always hold your mid section tight and breath correctly. There is a pretty intense manny pacquiao 7 min ab workout on you tube try it.
