Hi,guys!

I am 13.I want to build strong legs,abs and biceps.I started today at my home.I'm 175 cm tall and 65 kg heavy.Is this good?I've got a little bit fat so I want to burn it.Can you help me? What workouts should I do and how many times? Oh,I play basketball 2 times a week and I got really sweaty.What should I eat after training?

Hey Jason, I think it's great at your age that you'd like to get in shape!! It's the perfect age when your testosterone levels are starting to go up!! Make sure you eat some healthy protein (meat or eggs) right after working out!! Any of the workouts on here will do- start with moderate exercises and go to intense!! Really push yourself and then do a light day the next day!

Out of calories times your body weight by 12.(In poundss) then that is how many or less calories you sould be eating a day:)

If your looking to lose weight then eat less then that amount of calories in 1 day. If your eating more than that amount then u will gain weight
