Anyone know any that are really good and work really well?
Jumping squats and lunges work well. Also try sumo squats for your thighs and butt. Planks with leg lifts work great. Try the glute kick back combo, superman pose (aka locust pose), and hip-ups (aka bridge). Check out ab-workouts-guide.com there are some great core exercises there that will trim your abs, hips, butt, and back. Good luck and God Bless!
