Muscle confusion ?

I need some ideas for muscle confusion. Specifically for my arms.

I didn't know all that Bryan was talking about so that's good too know thanx Bryan but when all my Wright lifting coaches talked about muscle confusion they would tell us to do light weight and allot of reps for 2-3 weeks and then swap to allot of weight and few reps for 2-3 weeks then back

Well it might not make sense but its the way I was taught and I had terrific results when I was on that method but I see what Bryan is saying and when I'm able to get back in the gym regularly I'm gonna try the method he explained

Term used which means that u change ur workout occasionally so to prevent itself from reaching a plateau
