Conditioning for Cheer Tryouts?

My high school has a conditioning program on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I really need to improve my flexibility if I plan on making Varsity Cheer this year. Do any of you know any good workouts to help with getting more flexible? I have a month until tryouts.

Im a cheerleader and I do the art of freebie workout so maybe u could try that workout

My friend does a lot to keep her muscles not as tense. She runs a little does a few work outs resta then practices :) idk if this helps but hope you go to varcity

Some people I know do yoga it should help
