Any specific exercise tips/suggestions on how to get a more rounded/bubble shape to your butt? I have curve, but I want it more pronounced. I do squats and lunges about 2-3 times a week in my different workout routines....I feel firmness like I want. Yet I still need more definition. Help?

U might try adding some weights when u do ur squats

Add workouts that work specifically on your glutes like bridges for example. :)

Try sumo squats, single leg floor bridges, planks with leg lifts, glute combo kicks, supermans (aka locust pose). Check out there are some great lower back and booty exercises that'll give your tushy the look that leaves guys saying, " Dang!" lol..... Good luck and God Bless!

I do all those, however, it's sporadic with cardio and not combined with each other to really concentrate on the butt! I'll beef up on all those :) I'll check the website out.
