Any specific exercise tips/suggestions on how to get a more rounded/bubble shape to your butt? I have curve, but I want it more pronounced. I do squats and lunges about 2-3 times a week in my different workout routines....I feel firmness like I want. Yet I still need more definition. Help?
Try sumo squats, single leg floor bridges, planks with leg lifts, glute combo kicks, supermans (aka locust pose). Check out ab-workouts-guide.com there are some great lower back and booty exercises that'll give your tushy the look that leaves guys saying, " Dang!" lol..... Good luck and God Bless!
