Im kinda confused what is the proper way to enggage the core whilst performing running on the spot or doing any other workout. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
Thanks. I must be doing it right then, problem is its hard to keep it flexed whilst concentrating on the workout.
Yeah but wit a lil practice I'm sure u can do it. U might try to jus make a habit of it thru out the day engage ur core for practice while doin random things good and keep up the hard work

Now trying to practice it in everything i do, well when i remember that is, its funny half way through my washing i remembered and told myself 'must enggage core, must enggage core'... didn't realized i actually said it out loud, my hubby said 'what the f..k!' And asked if i was ok lol
