I've been thinkin bout it and can't u do jus about any exercise outside except ones that require a machine
Any thing. Swimming, biking, go to the park and do pull ups (my local parks have equpiment for that...) be creative.
Horse back riding (ah havent been on a horse in years, sadly)
walk dogs for ur local animal shelter (another thing i havent done since having kids, but its a serious work out, 2 pent up over energized big'ons is a sure fire way to feel the burn in ur atms back and legs. Plus its lovely on a resume!)
Go elementary play hop-scotch, jump rope, four-square, tag lol. Play sports basketball, touch football, beach volley ball, softball. Whatever it is have fun, you won't feel like your working out. Good luck and God Bless!
