I wouldn,t say diet, but you do have to eat properly. No amount of exercise is going tp help you if you have a bad eating habits.

Diet (i.e.. what you eat) is just as important as working out and it doesnt matter if your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle.

No its not. You know whats bad fore you. So stay away from alcohol, fast food and soft drinks. Make shure to eat lots of protein and get your vitamins (veggies and fruit) just to be healthy when possible and you Will be fine.

thanks guys. basically i dont gain or lose weight that much. probably because of my metabolism. :) thanks again for your help guys
