are diets really neccessary during workouts?
I wouldn,t say diet, but you do have to eat properly. No amount of exercise is going tp help you if you have a bad eating habits.
Diet (i.e.. what you eat) is just as important as working out and it doesnt matter if your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle.
