as you can see in the title, you can assume i'm a swimmer which i really am. haha. just wondering if you guys have any workouts that would fit my swimmer lifestyle. i can't do gym programs because my muscles would be stiff. basically as a swimmer you need flexible muscles. Do you guys have good workouts to improve my flexibility and at the same time tone my muscles? :)
