What ab workouts have you guys done featured on here? I've only done the "get abs fast" and liked it. Any recommendations?

P90x ab ripper is a good one

There r a bunch on all with there own benefits it jus depends on geo long and hard u want to work

I like ab workouts that engage my entire core (abs, hips, lower back, and butt). They build balanced strength throughout your whole core. This way you trim your entire midsection. I built my workout (Core Blast) from exercises I found at here and at ab-workouts-guide.com.

If you like it try Core Abs & Stretches, Autumn Abs (this one's tough), or Abs Attack
