Need help. A good routine to increase pull ups and push ups. Im currently doing 8 pull ups and 40 push ups
Take support from anyone while doing ,so you can increase the numbers....
What you can do is set a number of pullups and pushups lets say 25 of each. And dont stop till you reach that number. You shoudnt care about how long or how many sets it takes. Even a 1 rep set is good. After a while of reaching this number you will notice you will make longer sets and get to this number faster. Then its time to increase the number.
Specially for push ups the tabata training Bryan suggested is quite effective.
