Hey, I need some ideas how to prepare for a marathon. My first marathon would be in mid June. And every month I'd have a marathon. I want to prepare for it.
Distance covered for the marathon would be 15km, and before this , I've always been on the treadmill. Running, jogging, walking on inclines. Now,I wan to train my stamina and endurance. I wan jog nonstop whether is fast or slow jog, as long as I dont stop so I can reach the finishing line within a given time. Any ideas?
And what are the tips to take note when joining a marathon?
