What are your least favorite exercises? Mine are burpees, Russian twists, and mountain climbers.

I thought I was the only one who didn't like burpees and mountain climbers... thank goodness I'm not.

Burbees and mountain climbers.. Omg! Same time I love and hate them :) oh and planks too! I'm almost angry while I need to do them, but I feel even doing them that they are doing some good to me :) 
And of course it's pretty nice motivation so see my own progress in such a short time :)

Anything that involves jumping. Star jacks, box jumps, ect. Just makes me feel goofy.

I love just about all of the ones mentioned especially Russian twists. I do not like push ups or squats though. I have hard time doing more than a few at a time.

For me this changes all the time! I used to hate Russian Twists because they burned so much - but I got stronger and stopped feeling the burn. Then I hated V-ups because I found them so hard (I could barely do one at first) but again, I got stronger and improved at them. More recently I've started doing lower ab work and now I hate Scissor Cross Crunches - ouch!

I have to agree with the mountain climbers and burpees! So freaking hard. Oh well I know they're good for me so I still do them even though I feel like I'm choking to death and I'm so very sore.

I can imagine. (snicker) I've just did them for the first time yesterday and and it sucked cause they were near the end of the wo. Didn't fall over as much as I struggled with the form and I'm sore in different muscle groups today. Will get them perfected here soon, along with pulse ups; which admittedly are a whole lot easier than they were 4 weeks ago. :)

I have a love/hate relationship with burners and mountain climbers but still do them all the time. I get exhausted after every set of burpees and feel like quitting but carrying through it makes the workout all worth it.
