Anything that involves jumping. Star jacks, box jumps, ect. Just makes me feel goofy.
They are just too slow for me :/ and stabilization also! I suck at it :P
I love just about all of the ones mentioned especially Russian twists. I do not like push ups or squats though. I have hard time doing more than a few at a time.
For me this changes all the time! I used to hate Russian Twists because they burned so much - but I got stronger and stopped feeling the burn. Then I hated V-ups because I found them so hard (I could barely do one at first) but again, I got stronger and improved at them. More recently I've started doing lower ab work and now I hate Scissor Cross Crunches - ouch!
I have to agree with the mountain climbers and burpees! So freaking hard. Oh well I know they're good for me so I still do them even though I feel like I'm choking to death and I'm so very sore.
Burpees, Russian Twists and planks. I kinda like mountain climbers, even though they're hard. :)
