My motivation is looking at older women that have a better body than I do. Well that and my 4yr old with boundless energy. Lol

My motivation is to be thé best me,look thé best i could i dont want to blâme my jeans cut anymore lol.and my biggest motivation is to run faster for looooonger cause nothing feels better than running when u r super fit i know that cause i used to be thé number1 runner in High school and collège:)and also be able to do hand stand push ups.but i only want to do those to show off just kidding lol

When I'm not motivated I always put on a song that makes me think about the body I want to get to or looking at someone your trying to look like or a dress or some sort of outfit as a goal if your trying to lose weight. Think about how great you'll look in it when yu lose weight. I also think, every sit up or crunch or whatever I do is closer to getting where I want t be fitness wise. I hope this helped. (:

My motivation is my dad. He went from 240 down to 160. I weigh 220 and I wanna go down to 160 too.

Sent you a request to follow you...I went from 242-153 last year. Just had a baby and I have similar weight loss goals as you. Start weight 220, goal weight 150. I'm currently in the 180s now.

I'm training to be a doc so see first-hand the results of a typical western lifestyle: obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, low self esteem, depression - the list is endless. My motivation is my patients who make me want to ward of chronic disease while I can, for as long as I can. I don't want to look back at my life when it's too late and wish I'd done more for my health and longevity.

I am getting married in 6 weeks. My fiance is the best in the world and I wanna look my finest for her.

If anyone has any recommendations on how to get from 200 to 180 and lose a little flab while toning up, that's my game. Please add me and help. I'll help you push too!

My kids set a good example for them & be healthy enough to live a long life to see them grow older.
My husband...I want to be his hot wife. He already sees me as such, but I know I have room for improvement.
Myself- I deserve to look like I want, and be the person I want be...I don't want to live a life of "If only I had..." Doing this for me, and make myself proud

I'm also motivated by myself last year...I managed to lose 72 lbs 242-170 in less than 5 months and went on to lose a total of 89 lbs.I got pregnant and gained a bunch of weight back...I keep telling myself: I did it in 2012, 2013 I'll do it again and look even better afterwards ;-)

My motivation is my mother.  As in not to end up with all the lifestyle-related health problems she has in the future.  Bloob pressure,  cholesterol,  stomach problems.,  etc.

My motivation is my new coach, and competitors... I started training with the best athletes of my country and that's really good and motivates me a lot! Also, just the picture of me on the podium one day
