What's your motivation?
Hmmm my motivation is Life!!! I've been working out over 30yrs now and I realize, I JUST WANNA LIVE LONG!!!
Life and I love to challenge myself wit all the different workouts on here not to mention looking good and feelin good
I'm training to be a doc so see first-hand the results of a typical western lifestyle: obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, low self esteem, depression - the list is endless. My motivation is my patients who make me want to ward of chronic disease while I can, for as long as I can. I don't want to look back at my life when it's too late and wish I'd done more for my health and longevity.
I see all those 40 yr olds that look amazing, I want to be healthy and strong.....
My motivation is the girl i fell in love with lost 30 kg untill now, still want to lose 5 -8 kg. Then i'm where i want to be

I am getting married in 6 weeks. My fiance is the best in the world and I wanna look my finest for her.

My kids set a good example for them & be healthy enough to live a long life to see them grow older.
