Idk why but for some reason my favorite muscle group to work out is Shoulders.

Haha.... I do like chest too. Hate benching with my stronger buddies, love benching with my weaker buddies. Lol

Oh dont get me wrong... mine isnt that good. I just enjoy a good chest day more with weaker buds lol

No reason. I like to work glutes too but i always think that sounds too gay to admit.

haha you just admitted it! working glutes and legs works to my advantage cuz that's where my body stores most of the weight I put on. I think a strong toned bottom half on a girl is sexy so that's my goal lol

I didnt admit a thing. I will always deny! And yeah strong legs always are a big plus

Back for sure. Heavy deadlifting and bor are great.

Lighter deadlift with good reps will also work good for you. You can also see how higher weight work for you. With good form the pressure on the back isnt even that bad.

That's pretty much my approach. Back was gettin pretty strong for awhile when I still worked in the oil field. I loved working in thr derrick pulling back 90ft stands of pipe all day lol.

Thanks! And with lifting technique is key otherwise it wont feel good at all. There are several dl variations they all put different pressure on the legs and back. Do them and see what feels best for you

Abs for sure. And legs but i'm trying to at least tolerate working my arms...pushups just aren't my thing

Probably chest. Every Mans little baby you know ;)

Arm= to much isolation
Shoulders = not intens enough
Legs = so much weight XD
Core = not enough results from your work.
Back = nah.
