Anyone know of a good workout to loosen up n get ready before golfing?

Hi. I love golf. I can't wait to get back playing after my injury. Just do stretches. Leg stretches, shoulder stretches. Touch your toes without bending your knees. Torso twists. Hamstring stretches and neck circles.
