Iam 35  weight 95 kgs obese since childhood; tried everything but never got rid of my flab. Want motivation and advice.

You can get it by doing bicycles,sit ups are not effective

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises are great for melting fat and building muscle. These exercises force you to work hard in short spurts. This spikes your metabolism which leaves you burning fat well after your workout is over.
