I need to loose this belly pooch I have from giving birth to my amazing son on April 12th I've just started working out and need some good efficient workouts to do to get the best results ASAP I do try to eat as healthy as possible too I've got two new sexy bikini's and I will be wearing them this summer no ifs ands or buts let's help each other who has some suggestions because I'm all ears thank you errr body let's get it!!!

....thighs...tone my arms...and lift the buns! Been holding this baby weight for like ever now! Halfway into 2013...its time to step up my game and squash those excuses...woohooo!
