I do ju jitsu boxing and sombo. Mixed with a little wrestling and kick boxing. Was wondering if anyone had any specific advice to help build balance? I really need to learn how to balance better esp going from legs to hands or one hand faster. I also would love to know more full motion exercises please.
There's ballet. I remember hearing way back in the day how football players would also take ballet lessons to help with balance and everything.
I had a similar idea when I built my exercise (20x10) I wanted to create balanced strength throughout my body because I love playing sports. But I don't like getting injured so better safe than sorry. I put my workout together from exercises that I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com
