Is it possible for someone with a small butt to get a bigger and more defined one by doing a variety of exercises that work the butt muscle?
I have been getting mixed answers about people saying "it makes your but smaller! " or "it makes your butt bigger!"
Who is it right?
Fat burning exercises would get rod of any fat you have there (making it "smaller") and muscle building exercises build muscle in top of whatever you got there (making it bigger)
