Question about butt exercises?

Is it possible for someone with a small butt to get a bigger and more defined one by doing a variety of exercises that work the butt muscle?

I have been getting mixed answers about people saying "it makes your but smaller! " or "it makes your butt bigger!"
Who is it right?

You just need to focus on building muscle as opposed to losing weight. If you're also trying to lose weight, naturally your butt is going to get smaller- but if you focus on building strength down there, your muscles will grow resulting in a bigger butt.
Squats are your best friend

Deep lunges and especialy jumping lunges are great too (and well works for me better than squats, though squats are awesome of course). :)

Varieties of squats,lunges,dead lifts with weights. Not 5lbs...go for 20lbs then increase weight but decrease reps(: hope this helps. ALSO running stairs &hills have helped

Back lunges & side lunges targets the top round part of your butt

Fat burning exercises would get rod of any fat you have there (making it "smaller") and muscle building exercises build muscle in top of whatever you got there (making it bigger)
