My sister showed me this. It starts with 15 sit-ups, 5 leg raises, 5 crunches and a 10 second plank, and then at the end of the thirty days it has 125 sit-ups, 200 crunches, 65 leg raises and a 120 second plank. I'll post the picture if you're interested.
