Hi my left hamstring has been hurting really bad lately. I hurt it a little over a year ago right at the end of track season. It hurt to where I could feel the pain when I walked. It wasn't excruciating pain or anything, just uncomfortable. It's been hurting again when I try to stretch it. I stretch everyday but I don't think I overdo it or anything. I just stretch my left leg a little bit. I'm a cheerleader and I really need flexible hamstrings for my jumps. I'm the best jumper on my squad but I just want to be able to cheer without it hurting. Any tips on what to do?
