Weak knee problems

Every since soccer season i have had a weak knee and haven't been able to run as fast any advice how get back and make it stronger and back to normal

Rappas so right.
Knees are like tires on a car. If one's flat can you keep driving?

Tore my ACL during senior season. Don't get stuck.

😓I also suffer from bad knees. What I do is that I do not squat as low at first and make my body comfortable with each exercise.  As soon as I feel better I move on to a harder mode.  But make sure you don't put your whole body's weight on them. Weak Knees are no joke. Oh. And also alternate leg exercises during the week so they don't suffer so much.  Good luck.

With squatting good technique is really important to put the pressure of the knees.
