My right knee is killing me. Nd Idk Wht to do about
You can still do exercises if that is what concerns you, it just means you need to do seated cardio or need to stick to core and upper body workouts from a seated or laying position until your knee gets better.
I dont know if there are any through this program but I know www.sparkpeople.com have some seated exercises which can also be viewed via you tube as well.
Hope your knee gets better soon, you never know, a few days of rest for your knee and it'll be ready to go again.
